He was screaming down the phone at me telling me how rude I was and calling me all the names under the sun just because I told him that I don t have time to take a sales call and could he please email any info he has through for me to look at! I told him not to call again and blocked the number from calling. When I tried to call back to speak to a manager to complain there is no answer! So angry!!

Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. Called asking if I had life insurance and wanted to discuss some changes to regulations. They wanted me to tell them is I had life insurance now or in the past...which I obviously didn t divulge, then hung up! The caller had a very strong eastern European accent and was very difficult to understand.
