SCAM Text message saying "You have now re-registered your voice for ID. Your voice will be your password next time you call. If you didn't request this, call us on 0203 650 7987" No sender or company name was given in the text. The call came from +44 7729 735349.
SPAM saying they do free home repairs on behalf of the council, and promptly hung up on me once I stated I do not need anything.

I live in Scotland, he's calling from London claiming to be a big phone store. They would never ring me like that, nor you either. How could he have got my number legitimately? Safe number noticed this number once every month on my telephone bill with a monthly charge of 14p. Turns out it is an automatic test call from PPP Taking Care alarm which we have for elderly mother. Called them to ask why we are being charged as we pay a quarterly handling charge. They very kindly switched this to a freephone number so no more charges.
