I do not think this number is safe. Automated phone call which said ‘this is banking security’ I then put the phone dow.n. VERY SUSPECT
keep calling my ex-directory TPS registered number. No one there when answered. Blocked now
This number just tried to call me and it came up in my phone as scam or fraud call. Did not answer and no voicemail left. This is the 5th time this month this number has tried to contact me.... blocked number know phone.
Report this to HMRC on their fraud web site as I have. The more report it the more likely HMRC will investigate.

Just received a call. When I answered, a beeped sounded, an automatic voice said "goodbye" and the connection ended. I called back straightaway and a woman, struggling to speak English, answered, telling me she was from HMRC. She asked me to verify who I was. I replied "you called me, you should know who I am". The phone rang 15 times before I answered. Sounded like other people doing similar calls in the background. Accented man, knew my name and address!!!!?? Said my washing machine warranty was expired. I bought a new one within the last 6 months so this is rubbish. Very worrying that these people have addresses too!! Frightening for people living alone like myself.
