This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Left them 2 months ago, received final bill, paid via direct banking which the bank have confirmed but still being hounded. You can win with these scum, they record the calls so give them a "NOTICE" when they call you, and you can attach a fee, payable if its breeched,(Just like a trespass notice on a field) if they call you after you have them under notice not too ever call again, they are in breech of this notice and you can take them to a small claims court for harassment, (it becomes a contract when they breech your notice)the company know this so they STOP, it may take 3 occasions you can prove so record the calls.
