Same as Bob s comments, except it s several different messages, mostly beginning with 0843. Have signed up for the Telephone Preference Service at http://www.tpsonline.org.uk so hopefully the nuisance calls will start to reduce in 28 days.
SCAM Avoid like the plague. left message saying your internet will be turned off within 24 to 48 hours, then to press 1 to speak to a technition. Glad i didnt as scam and scum who are doing this. Total scum, i could say a lot more stronger what i think of them, hope Police catch up with them and thrown in jail and toss the key down a drain. PS, an internet search on Google came up with a Vodaphone Mobile being used in Manchester England.

I've never been in a council property and they refuse to give you information on where this information has come from and it must have been an error. The number is not related to them however if you were to search Advantis this is the first company you will find. Do not call them back!
