Indian woman saying she was from Sky, telling me there was above normal usage on my email. When I said I couldn't hear her properly she hung up. Scam.

Most probably a scam, as they claimed to be paypal, but paypal never called me and i suspect if theres something they want to find out, it wont be a machine voice. Be aware!

Then the same message in Chinese. As I did not press a button, the call ended. (And I am not waiting for a parcel). I was called from this number approx. 5,00pm this evening, and answered to a recorded female message advising me that my Amazon Prime account had expired, and that a charge of £95 would be made to automatically renew it. As I do not have a Prime account, I did not listen any further to the message, which I suspect was going to advise me to press a digit on my phone, to speak to an adviser, from where details of my Bank Account would be required!! I hung up halfway through the message.

Refused to tell me the name on the account or the account number because it was a recorded call, having told me it was a secure line and that he would "prove" to me that he was from Virgin if I gave him the information he asked for.
SPAM - This one of the many numbers 07700134nnn used by quantum ai - Roehm finance. If you do sign up you will be constantly phoned at least 7-8 times a day. For something that is meant to be algo trading you would of expected the whole thing to be on line but in fact it is just CFDs. Beware!!!
