I hate these people and others like them. I never press any of the numbers (eg, 5 to speak or 9 to reject) as i assume it is a computer generated call "phishing". If i were to press the 9 - opt out option, I assume would be confirming to the computer my nuber is a real live number and they would sell it on.

call purporting to be from the cooperative bank asking me to confirm security details. I refused to do this as no reason was given. They told me I could call the bank as a record of the reason would be registered on my account. I spoke to my bank who had no record of this call. I think this was an attempt to get my details. DON'T GIVE DETAILS and call the official bank number from your card instead.

They are scammers , they want you to say yes , then you are binded to a contract and then ask for money
