Called then hung up. Sounded like a call centre.

I answered the call and got someone on the other end breathing or sighing before hanging up...unprofessional in my opinion. Obviously to do with paypal. Got negative on my account due to idiot buyers on ebay and ebay themselves being bigger idiots.
Rang at 11.10am Wednesday. Did not leave any message. Unsolicited call. Unknown number.

These are scam accident claim company wasting time, had over 10 calls from this number during working hours.

SCAM Said was from Virgin media and our router was telling them we had issues (we didn't). Tried to get me to log onto laptop or pc.
Left voicemail to say on robot voice he calling me because I have unpaid tax on my name and if i dont call them back the police going to arrest me shortly after.I know I dont have anything to pay so I just ignore and block this number.
