text received from 07880756069 Fake HSBC scam text.

I received a call today from this number stating that they have seen my details on a database but did not say which but was something to do with an Accident. When I refused to disclose any information the caller was rude and hung up - Good riddance

Offer to discover any PPI claims. Claimed I made an inquiry, explained I hadn't. They weren't too pushy and said they would no longer contact me. We will see!!!

This number constantly rings and i mean 4/5 times a day and hangs up every time i answer

Had 4 different numbers from Mali call me this is one, blocked. Note it seems a lot of people on O2 have stared to get these calls .... Selling our details ?

this is a Dundee number and I live in Dundee but I do not answer unknown numbers! I answered it today but no one spoke so that's them blocked now

prattling on about service

Absolute con. I googled the number for Argos in Norwich and got the 118469 number and thought it looked odd but dialled it to find it was a directory. They asked what number I wanted and I said oh I thought I was calling Argos. They said no but would you like the number so I said yes. Surely they gave an obligation to tell me I would be charged £7 to have it read out to me! A total scam and rip off.

Phone call offering me a new phone and contract with massive savings. When I asked question that the caller was not prepared for or on her script she became very confused. I gave her false information about my phone, contract cost and provider and asked more questions that she could not answer she hung up. Number now blocked.

This line should belong to some company, but no remark on internet about it. Haven't found any info for this one, people does anyone have some experience with this number? Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back

tax scam

Call received claiming Dun & Bradstreet had sold them my contact details and that of my father, and they were carrying out a survey on behalf of British Chambers of Commerce about banking. Really!? At 6.45 pm? Steer clear! Any genuine Market Research company operates to a code of conduct. Check it out on Market Research Association website
