Asian guy? Told me he was ringing from Windows, who were having problems installing my windows updates. Wanted me to go into my computer to help him sort out out the problems (danger signal!!!). Told him I didn't believe him, so he said my Microsoft account would be cancelled. I told him to send me an e-mail confirming this. I said 'you do have my e-mail don't you?' - so he said yes and made a guess - which was completely wrong. I then put down the phone on him. Beware!!!
