The phone was silent when I answered it. Worryingly I was unable to make any outgoing or incoming (from my mobile) calls for about an hour after. I don t know if this was a result of that call. After an hour normal service was resumed and I traced the number using 1471.

Hung up as soon as I answered. Two calls in one day

This company told me I was MISTAKEN because they knew Id had a car accident and even though I told them I hadnt they put me through to an insurance agent. Ridiculous.

Really bad this one, they were watching their web traffic, saw that someone from our company s IP range was looking at photocopiers and phoned us to ask who it was. No clue why they thought that was a good idea. Their website is http://www.simple.scot

Don t answer if you can help it. Answer machine about life insurance. Worry that it s one of these scam calls that end up costing you money for answering. Anyone know if this is the case? Number blocked now.

MISSED CALL: I didn't get to the phone in time to answer, but the call was from an unknown number in Manchester, so it was probably another scam call.

This number has called my mobile 3 times today and on each occasion it hung up after 2 rings. I checked it out on Internet before calling back and lo, its a bloody scam selling something I don t want - so I haven t called them back.

Tried to ask me to turn on my computer because something s wrong with it. When I ask where they are calling from and why they are ringing they hang up. Has happened to me now 3 times today.

it s a company called Simply Financial and they are one of these Debt assistance companies. I finally got them to stop calling my number.

Just taken a call from a girl to my company saying she was from the energy care centre offering me £2000 towards new doors and windows. I clearly answered with my company name and she ignored this and carried on - so I had some fun with her saying I didn t have any doors or windows - she then said - do I have a brain and put the phone down. Had this number calling me every day about the same time for the last few days. Each time I have been unable to get to my phone on time, but I finally did a quick search and I wouldn t trust it (or any other number of the likes) I am due for an O2 upgrade in a few weeks, so I assume from previous comments that this is the reason why they are trying to contact me.
