They call scammed People and promise them to be refunded, in fact they call themselves blockchain refund Department. But you have to transfer a percentage of the amount to a Bitcoin account, and from there they make it disappear in a moment. They can be very convincing, they are dangerous.

SCAM - I believe this number to be part of a convincing scam! Caller claimed to be from 'Motor Assess' regarding a recent accident. Interestingly I had a minor touch in my car yesterday and exchanged insurance details, so I thought was related, but the individual I was speaking to didn't quite seem convincing and couldn't give me any details, I googled 'motor assess' whilst speaking to him, with no trace of the company! The person I was talking to was persuasive and persistent!

I was asked to call the number for a validity check. Number rings and then when answered goes quiet. My number is withheld, so that s why they will not talk. These are Agents, probably working for Energy Consultants. The prices they get for you will include a significant commission. They will lie and harass you into agreeing contracts. I have been plagued over the last week or so by numbers all starting with the same series as this number, and just the last few numbers being varied. Identified by my phone as possible scam. None answered and all blocked. When will these pests ever learn?!
I have the TruCaller App (Free version) it notifies you of scams, etc before you answer. I will be using this on my new phone, it s a great little App and instantly told me this was a PPI scam. I recommend this App to anyone, and I blocked this number straight away. All numbers TruCaller checks against a huge database of Blaclisted phone numbers.
