This is clearly a scam call pretending to be HM Revenue and Customs.
This says it's an o2 number but when I call back it has a giff gaff answer message? No answer and doesn't ring.
My wife started texting a customer from her work, as it started to increase I asked her what it was all about? She told me that he was upset because a mutual friend of ours would not go out with him b/c she was all ready in a relationship with me. I let it go at the time. Long story short one day I went to her work seen his truck went inside and two customers I knew were there and they said to me (hey we like you more then her new boyfriend) I asked where she was they pointed to a back room .I walked in to

If I needed to speak to an executive manager I instructed to press 1 on my handset. The internet was not cut off nor has been interrupted. This is a scam.

when is this system going to be updated to cope with the fact that displayed and 1471 numbers are not reliable? This number called me at 09:30 on a bank holiday and followed the usual fake call centre routine of no-one there to start with then suddenly burst into life (and I hung up beofre hearing what they had to say).
