moved into new house and there was a letter from them for previous tenant. explained they didnt live here any more and they updated their records. Helpful on the phone. They do seem to be debt collectors, but if you just speak to them they are helpful.
I got a call from this number saying they were amazon and someone had purchase a £300 phone on my account. When I told him to cancel it he asked me to log on to my playstore account. When I said to him it was a scam and that I was not stupid he swore at me and ended the call

Fraud Pretending to be HSBC, where I have fell for a scam of Royal Mail Parcel being held for insufficient postage, they have called for my card number and old details, and trying to tell me that there is a fraud activity in Manchester, and tried to ask me for new address, I know instantly, this is the people who has phished my bank account details.
