This is providing HMRC scams within the United Kingdom, saying that a person has been registered for tax fraud and will be sued or things of that nature. If you receive this call, DO NOT speak to them, hang up the phone!

I received a text from +44 7305 112863 “Mum I smashed my phone … could you message me on WharsApp, my new number is 07438977792” this is clearly a scam.

Someone in Hong Kong, China used this phone number as job reference check purpose. This person tried to deceive the company for salary with his Fake CV, experiences and reference letter.

SCAM Someone called “David” called trying to sell me a mobile phone contract. iPhone 13 pro max, 24 months with unlimited data, minutes and texts. For £40 a month. When enquired, came up with nonsense which made no sense. Asked for network provider, my name, and starting asking family names. Of course gave fake names and realised I knew they were scammers. Swearing dialogue commenced, said they were from Sri Lanka which seems nonsense. Accent sounded Indian. Called back on different number

Caller ID identified the call was from Bishops Stortford. The caller said he was from O2 offering a 30% discount on my tariff. I told him I was suspicious of this call, he diverted me to another person who repeated the discount spiel. Asked why I'd be getting a discount, he said many complaints to O2 has led them to offer 'selected customers' a discount; I wouldn't have to give him any personal details, he would send me 2 texts. so I told him to sod off and disconnected the call. Reported to the ICO

The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. SCAM This is a proper scam. They are pretending to be ee and they are trying to give you an update. They knew some bits about me when they called but I got suspicious when they started asking for bank details. They changed my account password and ordered an iPhone 14. I called ee straight after I spoke to them as I was suspicious. It turns out they even changed my email as I couldn’t access my account anymore!!!!!!!

I received a txt from this number claiming to be from Apple. Stating they had discontinued my Apple ID . ???? Due to a suspicious log in!

Call from what sounded like a call-centre, caller had an Indian accent and said she was calling from 'Currys PC World' then asked me straight out 'can I ask you what mobile phone you are currently using? Samsung? iPhone' etc. I've never known Currys PC World to cold call with mobile phone offers so sounds potentially dangerous to me, possible data harvesting / phishing. Blocked.

Looks like some miscreants are using this number from India and informing the people that they are calling for TataAIA Life Insurance. I got many calls from this number and I can sense that they are fraud. Be careful when you get calls from this number.

A SCAM!!! A guy called "Richard" presented himself as someone working for the "gradjobsuk" website and he interviewed me for a job (that I dont even remember ever applying for) and tried to persuade me to buy a course towards a qualification. The whole website is a scam, their jobs are made up and all they do is make graduates buy courses and then stop calling them. Its a total scam, just hang up and dont trust them!
