This team will call Paypal customers if a payment on their account has been paid by paypal but not by the funding source, creating a negative balance. When I answered, an Indian man asked me how I was! Said he was from Perfect Preferences and told me it wasn t a sales call. Quoted my name, phone number and address and asked me to confirm them.
