I got a call from this number and they were obviously trying to get personal information from me. First they asked me to tell them who I was to confirm my identity (even though they claimed to know who I was because they were calling me!). Second they told me that I needed to complete a verification process online by going to a specific website on my computer. The page they told me to go to sounded like a scam and they were trying to get me to fill out more personal information.

Super Alliance Solutions. Uses totally unsolicited calling using UK numbers and a robo caller with a generic South of England accent which identifies itself as "Ava Lawson". "Ava" asks about the accident you had; If you respond with "yes" it puts you through to a "supervisor" who is always working in an Indian call centre with the associated strong accent who has a hilariously unrealistic name like "Dave" or "Steve". Received a text msg today from 80870 asking what do I think about my recent experience of their Outpatients Department service at my Hospital, which I won't mention. Well, as I am visiting my Hospital for treatment at the moment and from what I read from other reviewers here, it does seem to be genuine and Free. But if it is, why on earth are they using a premium number? It puts lot of peaople off! Therefore, for that reason I did not reply to it, hence a Neutral Review.

This number rang at 11.48 this morning. Recorded message (male) purporting to be from BT about suspicious activity on my internet account which was going to be disconnected. I have had these calls before so I just disconnected and blocked the number. Last week I had an unsolicited call from a different number, again a recorded message about something to do with grants for insulation etc. My number is obviously in the hands of yet another group of scammers so expecting a few more!
