It's a company called First Contact by Utilita. I was called on my mobile and they hung up. A return call revealed they were a call centre and I have now blocked the number.
Message was in Chinese...2nd message received... in Chinese in 2 days.Third missed call and message left from different number...Said there was a message from Chinese embassy..please press 3 for further details then ended in another verbal message in Chinese..I see the first call originated from Manchester..as far as i know Chinese embassy is not in Manchester... L.O.L. Only connection i have with China is my smart phone was made and originated from there...

Called to speak to someone else. Told him no-one of that name ever lived here, and I considered his call to be a nuisance call. He then had the audacity to try a sales pitch! Slammed receiver down. I found this number on my incoming calls list. When I tried to return the call a message said "Sorry, this number does not exist" It appears to be a spoofed number
It would help if you could string a basic sentence together before attempting to write one.
Calling twice a day and texting to try to quote for windows. No chance now! I blocked one number, now they re calling from another.

Contact victim via email and used numerous mobile numbers attached, requested proof of ID, Bank Statements etc. Currently under investigation with Fraud Police.
