No idea who it was but the heavy Indian-Pakistani accent meant that I had no idea what this person was saying. Hard to believe any legitimate company hires someone who’s accent make them unintelligible. Blocked.

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Said they were contacting me about a problem I had with my house - suggesting it was rented / local authority. It's not so I said they had the wrong number and they hung up. SCAM Caller claimed to be Covid19 monitoring for the NHS, when I asked to clarify who they were, they cut the call. BLOCK THIS NUMBER. I do not know what their scam is, but it seems they are wanting your personal medical information.
