An automated message told me a warrent for my arrest would go out immediately if I did not answer the call by pressing one. The man told me he was from hmrc, asking if I was employed or self employed. He then said, after asking for my name, the call was made to the wrong person on the wrong number and hung up on me!

SCAM: Fifth identical call today, once an hour, from different phone numbers (probably all spoofed) Automated female voice, claiming to be from BT Internet Dept, who have supposedly been trying to call me urgently, because of ‘suspicious activity’ on my account. I received an automated call from this number saying tit was the Customs & Revenue service. They were kind enough to inform me that if I didn't press 1 to speak to my case officer then an arrest warrant would be issued for me. I didn't press 1 as I assumed it would be "pay x amount now to settle your account and we will not arrest you." I will update this when they come to arrest me, if I am still alive ha ha.
