I am abroad, I have had calls from this +44 20 7097 0859, two or three times a day for the last two days. NO message and it when I did answer it seemed to cut off. On calling it, its GLOBAL something and seems like RUBBISH and does not really connect. Generally not good.
01208 638782 is from a loft insulation company trying to worry consumers into buying insulation from them. When I politely said I was not interested, they abruptly cut me off.

Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. I get roughly 10 calls a day from London which I presume is the same company with same first 7 numbers being 020 3966 followed by 2150, 2146 and 2264, no message is ever left ...

Predictive dialler ... rang me many times, each time a silent call that lasted about 5 minutes before hanging up. When I FINALLY got a human, they gave me grief/threats about not completing the census. Then they tried to get me to fill out the form over the phone. Since it was an inbound call and I had no way to verify who they were I told then to bugger off... they didn't like that. They're still harassing me so I've blocked them.
