They are saying they offer better energy deals than current smart meters
Some wobbly head with lots of back ground noise. Phishing for names.
I never answer random calls from unknown people. I only answer calls from known people and who`se number is logged on my phone. Cuts out all the hassle of spam calls.
Ring me at 6:06 on a Sunday morning. And put the phone done once I answered.

SCAM I believe the number to be a scam. Apparently from EE offering to halve my bill because I'm a good payer.
Indian lady said "from Vodafone offering you a discount" cut off when challenged

Heavy, thick Indian accent claiming to be "David" with the noise of a crowded call centre in the background. The usual BS of a tacky scammer. Keeps phoning back despite my not answering.
SCAM : Recorded message asking for Amazon and international transaction to be checked / authorised. Complete SCAM.
Tax fraud nonsense delivered by a voice bot. Press 1 to avoid legal proceedings etc. TOTAL SCAM. AVOID.
