I said hello three times then a woman's voice said this is not one of our extensions.
Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. Recorded message claiming to be from Microsoft claiming my IP address had been compromised and was been used for illegal purposes and I should call to get the issue sorted
Just left to answer machine, didn't leave a message. As previous comment said, we too get so many calls claiming to be from talk talk.
