This number calls daily. I did answer once but it was just background noise.
This is the RSPCA and they try to bully you for money because you called them out once. If you say no, they make you feel bad for ever calling them. Their harrassment calls go on every day, sometimes 3 times a day, for months and they never leave a message. Lost all respect for RSPCA now.
