Keeps calling, 5 times in 2 days and never leaves a message - a nuisance
Say that we are being investigated by hmrc and to press star to speak to case worker. Others have said this is rd and e appointments so what the hell is this? Frightening a couple in their 80s. Appalling.
Called today on my mobile - asked if we had worked in a noisy environment - addressed me by my full name. I asked how she got and said that I had opted in for the calls and I said "I don t think so" and she apologised for bothering me. She seemed polite but still a nuisance! I ve had these 0179 276... numbers before but I didn t really notice it this time as I thought it was my husband phoning me. I ve already got a note not to answer these numbers!
