This company will watch you park on private land , in my case the main entrance to a Secondary School where I have parked for the last fifty years. Coming back some six minutes later they were putting a ticket on my windscreen telling me the signs were clearly visible. Yes, but they were some 3 metres high and not able to be read. If I do not pay will pass to Debt Collection Agency and suppose harrassment will begin again.
