I missed 4 calls from this number so guessed would be a Nuisance Call. Purportedly is the NHS Health Centre. They ask have u been vaccinated, are u well etc etc and then they ask one final question Are You Covered For Lufe Insurance. I already had this pegged as a nuisance number but wanted to know Real Reason for call. SCAM Recorded message claiming my national insurance number is about to be blocked due to unethical use.
SCAM / SPAM This was an automated voice telling me that there was a tax fraud investigation under my name. I believe this is quite a common scam. You can find details about these calls on HMRC website.
Phoned today at12.15 pm. Fairly gruff voice. Purportedly from BT. Asked me to confirm that I had been in touch with BT this morning. As I had, I said yes. There was some hesitation and a lot of background noise. I asked what he wanted. He asked if contact was by phone or mail (I think). I replied that the contact was on the internet and he abruptly ended the call.
SPAM called off multiple numbers asking if I'm in front of a British gas invoice. Very rude, made a very rude comment and even swore at me! A bunch of no good low life Asians with nothing better to do!

I have checked my bank account, but as yet there has not been anything taken out. I will keep checking as that is not one of Amazon's numbers. Maureen.
