Hang up every time and when you call the number back it just beeps every 30 seconds. Scam.
This number actualy showed up on my Whatsapp. I got the message " Hello how are you? I did not respond. About 40 mins later I got a second message "I am waiting for your reply, please reply. I blocked the number. I don't believe these messages came from a native English speaker. Some sort of scammer - Beware

Caller purported to be from BT and was about to close my Internet connection - I m not with BT so became suspicious. I put the phone down but similar calls have requested money to stop the internet being disconnected.

SPAM. Apparently a call from the National Crime Agency. Very officious sounding recorded message by a well spoken male voice. I doubt if it really was a call from the NCA that they would use an O2 mobile number to contact people!

SCAM Repeated calls to our landline, threatening to cut off our internet connection within 24/48 hrs. Recorded message from a Bournemouth location. Unable to contact them on this number to tell them what I think of their annoying tactics. Go jump in the sea off Bournemouth pier would sum it up nicely!! Alan.
