Be aware if this number calls, it is for a shared costs, so better not to call back. Have checked also different formats of this number, but no luck. SCAM - Left message about being Fraud Department at HMRC. (Should have listened to VM first!) Called back and odd ring like overseas dialtone, answered immediately by an indian sounding man who said he was inspector someone from HMRC fraud and criminal investigations dept, he asked for my name and address and kept me on hold. when I questioned what dept again he read off a London address, and said "In the UK" Hung up immediately. Just received a call from this number. I have had this before and I fell for it. He sounds like someone from an Indian call center except with fake background office ambiance. He will say your computer is at risk and is pinging their server and you need to do (X) in order to secure your computer.
