Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 14227180xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with car accidents, PPI claims, insurance marketing. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

01525 839582 claiming to be from TPS call barring asked my name and post code then the expiry date on my visa card, did not give this out put phone down, they rang again and tried to be persistent with expiry date on card, person spoke poor english, i have now received 5 calls over the last week,regarding the TPS barring service.
