Since discovered they are called Trust money so decided to give them a taste of their own medicine and I call 0141 305 3045 and press one and then go silent when they take my call, Churlish I know but I get about 5 of these type calls a day !!!! I have called applianceserve on 08004118899. I said I had asked for a refund of the £175 I had paid for my washing machine to cover the next 3 years following the expiry of the manufacturer s guarantee but had not received any response. Having seen comments on the internet saying it was a scam, I said if the company is genuine then please can you arrange a refund. She looked up my details and said someone will call me tomorrow in office hours. She sounded pleasant - so - watch this space!!
