They ring it when you ve placed an order in the pretence of confirming delivery details etc. In fact, their sole purpose is to sell you their costly insurance cover for the items you ve bought. No new information re delivery details is provided, they just repeat your order details. These are unsolicited scripted insurance sales calls and as such a form of harassment. They don t leave a message when they ring so that you ring back and incur the cost of the call. Very shoddy behaviour.

We had exactly the same situation happen as described above, Sarah Parker was incredibly aggressive and rude to both myself and my Director on numerous occassions when we tried to question her over her fictional invoice, when i asked to speak to her manager she hung up on me. Claiming to be a tax fraud from HMRC and asked me to click #1 to be connected. I didn't as if it were true fraud i would not have an automated call...
Probably SPAM. When I picked up, there was some noise like someone pocket dialled me, but then an automated robotic voice started talking, so I ended it.
