This is the third 020 number this week - reported them as spam
SPAM Call centre. Pakistan-based "design agency" phoning via Skype, but re-directing to UK Landline above. Didn't know what the UK's Telephone Preference Service was or is.
Telemarketing, very unfriendly, constant calling using different numbers after I have blocked the previous numbers. Claim to be a company called Beneficial. After being very clear about not wanting to be contacted by them and to take my number off my records they were very rude and said that they would not stop calling me in an aggressive tone.

They call from this number twice a day under the guise of different company names - Direct Utilities, Business Utilities, Select Utilities, Regional Utilities. They are clearly dumb, because when requested to remove our details from their records and stop calling, they say OK and then don t do it, despite being told the we only have a mailing box address and therefore have no need for utilities. Go back to school, children!

Sorry you re all getting harrassed by that. We recently got harrassed too by multiple numbers, be it America, Germany etc. These are the very famous people from India with their "Microsoft Technical Support". Don t answer calls that are from outside the UK or wherever you live in and dont even answer numbers that are too short to even be valid.

I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Flagged as scam on Samsung so did not pick up. Have a business phone so would not expect personal life insurance call. Honestly, GDPR was a waste of time, penalising honest businesses but scammers and thiefs are safe? Just don't pick up a number you don't know, why would your Insurance call you? They never do.
Rang back and spoke to Dawn. Wouldn t give me any details about the company "due to data protection" but if I provided her with my address, postcode and DOB she could tell me! I hung up in the end because I couldnt stop laughing at her :)

Automated call to say that there had been fraudulent activity on our bank account. Then gave 2 amounts. £250 and £1000. (or so).from Amazon. We have had 3 similar calls in the last 3 days. All from different numbers. No money has gone from our account and no bank name was given and therefore I presume that it was a scam.
