Claimed to be calling from Sky VIP and they were calling to review whether I was on the best package. I know I'm in the middle of my fixed term so that had alarm bells ringing. Called his bluff and told him I wasn't sure. He told me the exact numbers of years, months and days I'd been with Sky and listed the exact package I was on, but surely this info isn't too hard to come by. I wasn't going to be going through and giving any answers to security questions to somebody who called me!

Claimed to be Talk Talk Tech Dept, wanted internet access etc. obvious criminal scam
Refused to remove my telephone number from his database unless I answered his questions. Insisted he wanted to know how old my windows were.
