SCAM / SPAM - 020 3012 2158. Call received to my mobile and when I answered a recorded massage could be heard - un-accented British male voice. Message informs that a warrant has been issued on behalf of the UK's HMRC and to press 1 to avoid being arrested. An obvious scam call - HMRC always communicate in writing to individuals and companies in the first instance.

Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 15137524xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing / accident chasers / PPI - but also surveys, wide scope telemarketing call centre. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new?
Found this number at www.auto4you.co.uk, but more likely this is just some general call centre, also similar numbers called me recently, all the same range - 019426655xx. Blocking this one, nuisance for me. People did someone answer it?

Cold call received from Utilita on this number stating I was an existing customer and that they were upgrading meters in my area, but then asking how I pay for my gas and electricity. I rent a property with all bills included so am not the bill payer in my name!
