Wine merchant called to say wife has won wine tasting evening at our home
Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!! Are they not meant to know before calling? Next time I think I ll say yes and lead them down the garden path! Anyway, don t answer; they re dodgy!
Indian/ Asian sounding male Said they were HMRC Also said that I was being investigated for tax fraud and tax evasion and due to be arrested. I said I would presenting myself at my local police station. The call ended at that point!
Best thing to do if someone calls you about this kind of thing is to ask them to hold on a moment, then leave your phone connected and ignore them. All the time they are hanging...

This number called my UK mobile around 8 or 9 times in one day. Every time I answered there was nobody replying to me. This might be a phishing, or other type of, scam. Be wary.
