The same had just happened to me ! I'm sure they have got my number off my gumtree advert

I was called from this number at 4.20am. I didn't answer as did not recognise the number, I tried calling them this morning but call is automatically ended their end.

I have received calls over a number of years from a company asking about an "accident" I have never had. I have blocked every call but they continue to use new numbers. They now introduce themselves as the "Excellent Advice Company".

Keep calling our doctor s surgery reporting to be Public Health England. Apparently do not accept return calls and need to speak to every GP in England. Will not state what the call is about

Has called me on my mobile sporadically for the past 4 months now. At first I tried to call it back and it just went straight through to on hold music. A voice said I would be connected to an agent as soon as possible, but I hung up after a minute or so. Checked my bill and it had charged me quite a bit to call back. Wouldn t trust.

Caller hung up immediately after calling. After I called back 3 times the caller answered and said they were trying to call a friend and hadn t realised I d answered the phone. Lots of people on the telephone in the background, sounded like a call centre. Don t answer and block the number

Sarcastic and rude male just kept repeating he wanted to give me a quote for car warrenty on my car (mentioned make and model along with car reg!) Wouldn t remove my number when asked. I insisted to be put through to a human being who doesn t have attitude. When I was I told them unless they remove my number, I shall deafen their telecallers with a whistle next time they call, and I hope they suffer for it. accident claims company. apparently about a car accident. if it was then it would be done all through insurance. not a third party. would not trust!

Why do they keep on phoning about an "accident" that I keep telling them never took place!!? So thick skinned and can t get the message. They said they are phoning to help me "close the file"! What file? Are they dumb? However, the real culprits are the people selling them the telephone numbers in the first place. What can they possibly get out of it if there was genuinely no accident to "close the file" on?? Beats me!
