Just had a phone call stating that my computer had sent them software messages and my computer is in the first stage of software malfunctioning. When I asked how they got my home number they stated that it was the number I had brought my laptop through; as soon as they said this I knew it was suspicious because the number they called me on is my new phone number that I only had put in a few days ago and I have had my laptop for over 2 years now! Unite the union swansea. Cancelled subscription to work related injury and they said cant get a claim, so agree with everyone just want ur money and make excuses for not allowed the grant to help, just made more excuses about not with them long enough.

They phone me almost every day. They never leave a message and I am not in a job where I can just answer the phone without having to think about others. I have responsibilities so will not answer the phone during the work day. That can be from 07.30 until even 20.00 at least once a week. They are annoying.
