Called our TPS registered line. Started talking before we had even managed to say "Good afternoon". Demanded to speak to "The owner of the business". When asked who we were speaking to said "UK Distributors". Were told we did not wish to speak to them and we hung up. They immediately rang back demanding to know why we had hung up on them; told them to get stuffed.

This was a cold call from Tom stating that previous loft insulation was subjct to condensation and there was a free inspection. Please explain as where you obtained my phone number, as under current British Law it is unlawful to make unsolicited for which fines can be instigated. SCAM / SPAM Automated message saying it's HMRC calling regarding a fraud case. I doubt the HMRC would call in this way. They ask you to press 1 to sort the issue. I would assume they start charging you an extortionate fee if you press the number. Do not press. If HMRC want to get in touch with you, they will do it with a person on the phone, not an automated message.

I have spent over 2 weeks on the phone every day with Net 10. They have sent me 4 sim cards because every person I speak to inputs the incorrect info into their system. Answering this number gives rise to a recorded message threatening legal action and arrest for tax evasion, and an option to press a number for further action. I rang off, but this looks like a dangerous phishing call that is after personal details (banking details). As it comes from a Westminster landline it should be easy to trace and shut down. It should be investigated by by the police.

Birkhill underwriters called asking for my dad, asking if he had been in an accident. Wouldn t tell me where he got my details but told me he would remove them from their database. I don t normally answer numbers I don t know but did this one as the dialling code is from my town and could have been my work. Number now blocked.

Had a call from this number, allegedly checking status of life insurance policy, would give the company name, hung up on me when I kept asking company name Spam telesales
