Fraud SCAM This is a very dangerous number. It's a very clever O2 scam - backed up by sending emails and texts that look like genuine O2 messages - but they are fake. As with another person, my O2 account was hacked prior to the call. Post Office failed delivery text scam
They say to be HMRC or something but couldn't understand why they called. Thought to stay on the line, got redirected to a person that only said 'Hello' and 'Yes'. I dropped the call 20s after.

Booked a holiday through this number they claimed they were loveholidays, they took payment sent a fake booking confirmation and there's no such reference number, currently hoping the bank will reimburse us
