When I answered the call, the woman at the other end mentioned a company (I can't remember their name), they told me "I've been informed that you were involved in an accident that wasn't your fault. Insulation I have received several calls from Chris on this number over the past few months. He tries to arrange an energy assessment on my house (which no doubt will result in a sales pitch for loft insulation etc). He's very polite and inoffensive, but I wish he would remove me from his database.
