Tried to get my address details claiming that it was all part of 'data protection' - when I said 'heck no - I'm not giving you any details' then they doubled down on the the claim that they were operating on behalf of my estate. Seems to be a Solar Panel company, cold calling. I told them that they were calling a business and they immediately hung up. Not even a thank you or have a nice day. How very rude. Sales people should realise that they represent their company and bad attitude reflects on the company.

I asked who they represent and she said they work with a number of companies. I asked what her organisation was and she told me she'd get a manager to ring back in the next half hour.
