01315105459 called me this evening from Edinburgh. She had an English accent and knew my name and marital status and number. She claimed to deal with policy's and worked for royal London. When asked where she got my private data info she said "from the same place I get everyone's, from Facebook where you clicked on a like and accepted marketing from us". I know I didn't! SCAM!!!!

AO aggressive aftersales, using a no-doubt masked number. Female caller asked me to confirm my personal details - I refused given they had called me! It was framed to confirm my order, but was essentially a very sharp practice way to try and sell insurance. I asked if there was an issue with my order - she said 'no' very unconvincingly. No one else seems to have searched for it (the other search with no review was still me). I'm not completely sure. But this number doesn't appear anywhere on Google (while other legit places' number appear with the source). It feels very untrustworthy. The call on itself was strange. A machine voice said that a letter was returned, and that legal actions will be implemented. It didn't explain why would the return of said letter would require legal actions nor the content of the letter. Very iffy.
