SCAM / SPAM Called me 11.30am today.man said because you have not paid any tax, there is a warrant out for your arrest. I must press 1 to speak to a case Officer. The call was harassing & the caller should not be aloud to continue this practise.

Disgusting customer service! I have a 2012 vw up and I ve just been insulted with the offer of 500 pounds! They re reason being because there is damage on the back panels, which they already knew about and had already offered me 2100 over the phone. Absolute waste of time all around. I was rudely spoken to when I was understandably annoyed and the person on the other end of the phone even rang my phone back just to get me to pass the phone to the collector with me, to ask him to leave as they weren t offeri
