Call center: Indian sounding lady called me and asked for me by name. I asked why she was calling & she said again "Are you Mrs ****?" . I asked who wanted to know. She didn't say. Told her to hurry up as I was about to go out and she hung up. Other people have said this number is someone claiming to be from Domestic & General about an expired washing machine warranty.

Believe that this is Sky - we cancelled our subscription 3 months ago and they ve pestered me from this number relentlessly ever since, trying to tempt us back. No chance. This is a well known scam, they ask for the passcode, then use the passcode to enter your account, lock you out, order new handsets etc. and leave you with the £1,500 bill for a new iPhone. This is a scam number for "Electric Yorkshire". avoid at all costs, they overcharge and try to add extra hidden charges. Calling to cancel, they will refuse to and try to scam you out of giving them more money. Luckily I was wise enough to not give them a penny.
