Four missed calls from this telno in two days but since reading all of the above, I will not be returning the calls and have blocked it. Thank you.

They didn't know who I booked through or where I went. Clear case of a scam. No-one who can't verify these poor conditions would be entitled to a refund, let alone one that was for more than the cost of the holiday.
