I was called by someone called Chelsea from carephone who offered me an upgrade phone. She also gave me the number 08448933933 if I had any problems. I did receive the phone but didnt like it. As a person who works in the It industry I can tell you that these people are not qualified to be "Microsoft certified technicians. They lack the knowledge and expertise. They are extremely persistent about these" hackers" and "viruses" when most of them probably don t exist in the first place. As the other guy said, play around with them. It s fun!
