I got a text message from this number saying my phone number had been changed on the Halifax Internet Banking. Funny thing is, I do not even bank with Halifax! Definitely a scam.

Asian voice "My name is xxxxxxxx" or any name he has been told to use today. Claimed to be from Sky to renew breakdown insurance. Noise in the background of dozens of other asians shouting the same thing to other people. Clearly a scam to extract money by fraud. Give them their character in words of your choosing then put the phone down. 01456 is a UK code but comes up as international on caller display so the origin of the call has been faked
