Received automated call after attempting to make a payment with my card which was refused. Automated voicemail left this number to call. This number is for the Fraud line call centre in Sunderland. I was wary at first about giving details and voiced this but service advisor said if worried not legit to call number on the back of my card and will be put through to them (not pressured into giving any security info at all). Some sort of Will and Lasting Power of Attorney company We talked about providing LPA, Dementia and the provision of Wills and associated Codices. The young lady was very pleasant, not particularly pushy but not saying anything that I really wished to talk about.

They said I might be due a refund from some form financing I took out in 2011, I new it wasn t me because I was incarcerated from 2008-2013. when I told them this they hung up.
