I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. This number, or slight variants of it, keep calling me. It's some kind of a Lottery Scam. They claim to be the National Lottery but admit they aren't once challenged. Requests to delete my number have clearly been ignored.
I answered the call & was asked if he can speak to Mr. Davis. I said "You have the wrong number as there is no one living here of that name". Very rude. Very bad. Wouldn’t tell me who was calling. Just wanted me to confirm my name with a yes or no. When I would not say yes or no and just kept asking who was calling, she said well you can piss off! and put the phone down on me. Don’t ever say yes or no on the phone - they record it and use it as approval for trying to get into accounts etc.
SCAM It says it’s from Royal Mail, and that you need to pay for a delivery. There is a link to pay to but don’t . Definitely a scam and are probably after your credit card details. The Link is. HTTPS://safe-help-hub.com It came as a text and I have reported it to 7726 which is the UK reporting of unwanted texts number.

It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Our phones silence any unknown numbers but as no voicemail messages were left we are assuming the calls weren't important.

When I said I was retired, she said I wouldn’t be eligible for a tax rebate when I asked what the reason for the call was. She signed off.

My number is telephone preference system (TPS) and therefore this company - or any others like it - should not be calling - this was a 'fishing' call. Callers' name was 'Joe' - male, said he was 'an energy advisor'. End of call. Don't call again, Joe, you might get my husband next time and he is nowhere near as polite as I am.

POSSIBLE SCAM A female caller "Jess" said she was from Solar Energy Advice Ltd , offering reduced cost equipment in return for using it in a promotion. I asked if she had heard of the TPS, and her silence indicated she had not. I told her that unsolicited calls to a TPS registered number, without checking the TPS list, could mean a £5000 fine for her company. Then I hung up. A Google search for the company name shows NO company with that name appears to exist in the UK.
Received an automated message saying "£600 had been transferred out of my Mastercard account to a foreign country. Press 1 to stop." Hung up!
